Regulations made by the Officer Administering the Government in Council under sections 4 and 21 of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921, Ordinance No. 8 of 1921, on the 30th day of April, 1921.

The adhesive stamps to be used on bills of exchange, circular notes, letters "BE" of credit, "traveller's cheques", and on the instruments specified in Heading 41
of the Schedule to this Ordinance shall be overprinted with the letters "BE".
